At Nectar, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the social media of our brand and our clients brands. Whether it’s crafting compelling captions, brainstorming campaign ideas, or analyzing performance metrics, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping online presence and engagement.

  • Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality, engaging content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and X.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement and maintain online marketing strategies through social media. Work with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
  • Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Engage with the community across platforms, fostering relationships and encouraging interaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and improve results. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Influencer Outreach: Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts. Identify and engage with key influencers and thought leaders in our industry.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.


  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • A proven track record of managing social media accounts with pizzazz and personality
  • French and English is a must
  • Top-notch writing skills and pro-communication
  • Creativity running through their veins
  • Organized and a detail-oriented mind
  • Most importantly, is passionate about social media and eager to learn and grow with Nectar


  • Flexibility to work remotely and in our vibrant downtown office space in Montreal or Toronto.
